Shipping & Returns


- Non-custom orders will be shipped out within 3 working days of confirming your order and payment.

- Shipping fees will be calculated only after your shopping cart is completed.

- Enter the package destination and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed.

- Actual shipping fees depend on the total weight and destination of the package.

- Once your order has been sent out we will send you an email with the tracking number.

- International shipping is provided by DHL. You may check the shipping status of your order on their website.

Damaged Products/Return Policy

Although we make every effort to ensure that our shipments are packed well and with care, should your order be damaged in the shipping process you can:

1. Send us an email with photos of the broken product/s immediately after receipt.

2. We will arrange to return the broken items in its original packaging and cover the costs involved.

3. A replacement will be sent within 3 working days after we receive the returned items.
